Exercise your privacy rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), you have specific statutory rights concerning how we collect, store, and process your personal data. Home Find is committed to enabling your control over your personal information transparently and efficiently.
Your Statutory Rights
1. Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed, and where that is the case, access a copy of the personal data along with detailed information about the purposes of processing and data categories.
2. Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you, as well as the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
3. Right to Erasure / Right to be Forgotten (Art. 17 GDPR)
You have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data without undue delay under certain grounds (e.g., when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or when you withdraw your consent).
4. Right to Restrict Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances (e.g., where the accuracy of the data is contested by you, or the processing is unlawful and you oppose erasure).
5. Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit that data to another controller.
6. Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
7. Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
Where our processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
8. Right to Lodge a Complaint (Art. 77 GDPR)
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. In Romania, this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

Response Timelines: According to Article 12(3) GDPR, we will provide information on actions taken on your request without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request. That period may be extended by two additional months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. We will inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt.
